Quite a number of the men in the Man Enough program are married and have children. So couples program including both partners residing at Shalom House, including their children, to bring restoration not only to the individual and the relationship, will be put into consideration for the whole family unit. Shalom Home will be opened according to the need and for now there are people on the waiting lists for lack of a better word.

This dream is that Shalom Home will become a residential facility for men and families whose lives have been overtaken by life controlling issues among others alcohol, sex, drug and other addictions.

Men and families who need to build long term changes into their lives, in order to emerge as functioning members of society and leave the life controlling issues well and truly in their past. And for this purpose, Shalom Home will offers a live-in facility located on Buvuma Island at Lake Victoria the largest fresh Water Lake in the World. Men and families who meet the criteria and who are ready to embrace serious change in their lives, will commit to the program for a 12 month period to undergo a restoration process in the safety of a disciplined and controlled environment on the Island.
